For more than a decade Angela Lysytsya has been one of the most sought after designers in both the Ukrainian and European markets. Her creativity has crossed the boundaries of Costume Designer to the stars including renowned modern-day Ukrainian artists Andrey Danilko, Ani Lorak, Vera Brezhneva, Vitas, ViaGra to legendary artists Valeriy Leontiev, Filipp Kirkorov, Sofia Rotaru, to the designer to Ukraine’s Eurovision Finalists as well as Ukraine’s Miss Universe contestants to Creative Director for live television programs, film and theatre productions. Valeriy Leontiev went so far as to state “Angela Lysytsya is one of the best designers across the Former Soviet Union Countries today”. Angela has proven her ability time and time again to develop a concept into a full creative brief, then in applying her gift to inspire and motivate others, together with her teams she delivers on executing the vision to a reality that never ceases to capture the imagination.

From early childhood, Angela was captivated by drawing and creating in every sense. After graduating from the University of Design in Kyiv Ukraine which included studies in St. Petersburg. Angela embarked on her dream career as a Fashion Designer, which would take her on a journey not only within Ukraine but also Poland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland to explore and develop the creative fire that has always burned inside her from such a young age. She still believes that the ability to draw a person from all angles and poses, studying proportions, colour relationships, light and shadows as well as the knowledge and appreciation of the importance of art and costume history enables her to transform her ideas from the page into reality.

Of her many professional strengths, her ability to preserve the purity of the creative concept stands as a trademark to her name, whilst her deep understanding of the importance of detail, textile and manufacturing methods has enabled her to create thousands of unique looks and costumes from idea to stunning visual artistic creations.
